2. **Contest duration**: From September 5 to September 28 at 11:59 pm (local time).
3. **Eligibility** :
- The contest is open to residents of Canada aged 18 and over.
- Sonxplus employees, their immediate families and anyone living in the same household are not eligible.
4. **How to participate** :
Participants can register in one or more of the following ways:
a) By filling in the registration form on our website
b) By subscribing to our newsletter
Limit of one (1) entry per person, regardless of the method of participation chosen.
5. **Price** :
- A 65" TV. Sony (XR65X90L)
- Approximate retail value: $1799.99
6. **Drawing** :
The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the contest period. The draw will take place on September 30 at noon in one of our stores.
7. **Chances of winning** :
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the contest period.
8. **Winner notification** :
The winner will be contacted by e-mail within 10 days of the draw. If the winner cannot be reached within 5 days of the first contact attempt, another draw will be held.
9. **Prize claim** :
It is the winner's responsibility to make arrangements to claim the prize within 10 days of notification. Valid identification will be required to claim the prize.
10. **General conditions** :
- By entering this contest, participants agree to abide by these rules.
- The prize must be accepted as awarded and is not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash.
